I really appreciate this oral surgeon office. I had an impacted wisdom tooth removed by laughing gas. Was extremely nervous but the procedure was super smooth. Dr. Z was amazing. My wisdom was removed in as little as 15-20 minutes. I will be coming back.

They removed 3 of my wisdom teeth today, I got the gas option and it was well worth it. I live in Franklin and I drove all the way to the Virginia Beach location because of the reviews. I have HORRIBLE anxiety and I freaked out while he was numbing me and they helped calm me down and talked to me the whole time. They are very caring the nurse & the doctor! Im surprised because the doctors usually don’t care it’s always the nurses but this surgeon was AWESOME a huge thanks to y’all. I would recommend y’all to anyone! God bless!

I love this Dentistry. From the 1st visit the staff and Dr. was pleasant. They made sure my son was comfortable. Dr explain everything that my son primary Dr did not explain for me to understande in lame man terms. This office went beyond their duties and handled things for me that I could not do for myself. I didn't like that they don't offer coffee but overall they are professional and caring. They even called and text several times to check on my daughter after she had 4 wisdom teeth pulled.

Scott and Kelley were great. They explained everything that was going to happen. Gave me the right amount of Novocain so that I wouldn't feel any pain, but not so much so that my fell onto the floor. I don't like that either. His office has also helped me navigate the loss of my job and using Cobra to retain my insurance, and the coordination of my benefits. The only drawback is that there isn't handicapped parking near the door to his office.

I went here to get my wisdom teeth removed and my experience was very positive. Although I had to wait awhile to book my consultation, after the consultation, they scheduled my surgery within a week. I opted for the nitrous oxide instead of general anesthesia, which saved me around $500 out of pocket. I would only recommend this option if you are not afraid of being conscious during the operation. After the operation, recovery was smooth, and they provided me with detailed instructions about aftercare. They also called to check up after the surgery. Overall, a positive experience, and I'm glad I was referred to this surgeon.

My boys both had their wisdom teeth taken out at the same time. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Staff was available and answered questions when I called after the procedure. Even with COVID-19 the surgery was quick and everything went well.

Another wonderful surgery!! Two extractions, and my mouth feels 10 times better. It’s sore obviously, but not like what I was dealing with while they were in. I’ll take this pain over that pain any day of the week! Dr. Goodove and his staff are perfect!! I’m always nervous when it comes to anything to do with my teeth, but I trust them to no end! Staff was very friendly at the front desk. The assistants were excellent they truly make you feel comfortable as possible and the oral surgeon Dr. Barry was very thorough when explaining what all was going to happen during surgery. Overall he genuinely caring, knowledgeable and confident and took the time to listen to my concerns. When he pulled my wisdom tooth it was so fast I didn't even know it had happened in under 1 minute. Great place! Would definitely recommend them.

The procedure was quick and aside from a slight bit of pressure, I never felt a thing! Since I have a rather crowded mouth, I elected not to replace the tooth, but I am thrilled that it has been prepared in a way that I can have an implant later if I change my mind. I will definitely go back to Dr. Goodove if I ever need an oral surgeon again. What a great experience!

What can I say? I am not a fan of the dentist, hence the reason I had to go to Goodove Oral Surgery. They were fantastic! Jackie made me feel comfortable and relaxed (for the most part). My only nerves were from her kind conversation and knowing I had to leave. My surgeon was fast and I didn't feel anything, other than the normal pushing pressure. They followed up with me to make sure I was ok and having no complications. If I need anything else done, I will request them again!

Best Dentist Experience I Have Ever Had In My Entire Life. I visited the suffolk office with dr. Green.Super Professional and quick removal of my four impacted wisdom teeth same day.Highly recommended if you are one of those ppl who are afraid of dental work. I Felt Super Comfortable . When I arrived I was a very nervous...I was assured that everything was going to be ok. I was given laughing gas which made me giddy and relaxed. I didn't even feel it when Dr. Zagursky pulled my wisdom teeth out..I had three pulled. Now for me that's considered amazing as I am a big baby when it comes to dentists. Go there, they are amazing. I can actually say that I have found Dentists that I like.

I was a little nervous because I don't like needles. But after that it was like sitting in your car while your getting your tires changed.. Some jurking and some sounds but completely painless!! Maybe it was the nitro that let me relax fully and no pain really made the difference.. And don't get me started on the staff. Amber!! Omg she was so informative and super easy to talk to. My daughter had surgery and that was her first time. She was nervous and the sad thing about it nobody could go back there with her due to the coronavirus and she only twelve years old. But the nurse that was back there with her was very amazing. She assure me that she was going to be right there beside her and make sure she would be alright and she did just that. The nurse made my daughter feel safe and comfortable she talk to her and everything. The staff called me and let me know what was going on and to let me know that my daughter was doing good. And the best thing about it they didn't take long. I will recommend family and friends to this dentist office.

Highly recommend. After filling out the paper work I was called back shortly. Dr. Goodove did a quick examination and then he and the nurse explained my options for wisdom teeth removal. They were extremely patient with me as I asked many questions about the procedure before leaving.

Staff very professional and caring. My 11yo grandaughter had to have a tooth pulled. Very impressed with the fact that they called later in the day to check on her.
P.S. My only concern was the fact I didn't know until they were taking her back that I couldn't go with her. She has anxiety disorder. I am a retired Neonatal Nurse Practitioner and would not have been bothered to be with her during the procedure. Her regular dentist always let's me be in the room for any procedures.They did promise if she had any issues they would come get me. The front desk receptionist even went back during the procedure to check on her so I really appreciated that. Only other thing is the online new patient form. It is not at all set up for a child as a patient.

The procedure went well. They took excellent care to ensure I was comfortable and was not in pain for the duration. They were also extremely helpful regarding my concerns when I got something in the wound and was able to work to work me in for an irrigation. They also explained that having a pharmacist was out of their control

Best dental ever visit ever! I was very impressed with Dr. Goodove and would highly recommend him to friends. Dr. Goodove’s number one concern through out my procedure was my comfort level. He explained in detail what he was going to do by showing me my x-rays and how I would feel after the procedure. Because of Covid19, office procedures are a little different. It's obvious they are committed to ensuring everyone feels safe. They have rearranged their waiting room, limited the number of patients allowed in the room and masks are required. There is a short medical form to complete and they are checking patient temperatures. Dr. Zagursky removed a wisdom tooth for me and the procedure was quick and almost pain-free. There was some discomfort from the local anesthetic, but it was minimal. Throughout the procedure Dr. Zagursky showed concern for my comfort. The hygienist explained pre and post surgery procedures and made sure I understood what was being done and what I could expect post op. I am very satisfied with the precautions they are taking during this Covid19 outbreak and my treatment as a patient by all involved was excellent. I would recommend this office to friends and family.

Caring & friendly staff starting at the front desk and continuing with every employee of Dr. Peter Zakursky. I saw an oral surgeon for an issue that I was having (along with a lot of pain) on Taylor Road and that doc(won’t mention his name at 4053 Taylor Rd) said he could schedule me for 6 weeks later to fix it and said my pain shouldn’t be that bad. I then called Dr. Zakursky at Goodove Oral Surgery and told them what was going on and that I was in a lot of pain. They scheduled me for a consultation the next morning and once I got in there, Dr. Zakursky and staff moved their schedule around to take care of me that day. The front desk & Dr Zakursky called the following day to see how I was doing. The entire staff is professional, caring, friendly and put their patients first. I highly recommend Dr Zakursky and his team for any oral surgery needs. They are AMAZING!!

My experience at Goodove Oral Surgery (Harborview) was beyond excellent! I went in on a Monday for a consultation and they scheduled the procedure for that Friday. They gave me choices and the staff is very friendly. The day of the procedure, Dr. Berry and his assistant were very kind and they let me know everything they were doing. His assistant was just as wonderful as him. She assured me everything would be ok and it was. I had 6 teeth pulled and it wasn't painful at all. The only pain I experienced was the needles to numb my mouth. Everyone else that I talked to that had their wisdom teeth pulled said they experienced pain for quite a few days. They are all saying they should've went to Dr. Berry. Lucky me!!! I would highly recommend Goodove Oral Surgery to everyone who needs teeth pulled.

The team at Goodove oral surgery in Chesapeake was so professional and attentive. My son got his wisdom teeth taken out by them and they were wonderful. They walked me through the procedure, gave me step by step of everything they would do and made me feel so comfortable with putting my baby in their hands. Even after surgery they followed up with a phone call and made sure everything was good with us. They were fantastic and I highly recommend them.

Kind of a hassle with all the COVID 19 precautions, but I'm glad they try so hard to keep everyone safe. They do a great job easing the "white knuckle flight" that many of us experience in a dental chair. Procedure and options discussed at length at initial visit, and they actually listen to you as the patient. Procedure was painless. Post operative instructions were thorough. Don't know how it could be any better (other than not needing the service to begin with).

Very pleasant experience arrived early was taken back and not made to wait until my exact appt time. Nurse very sweet explained the whole procedure and what to expect. Two extractions and grafts done post op teaching done whole thing went very smoothly. Dr quite pleasant.

Check in was fast if you filled out the forms online before your appointment. Staff was friendly and i was called in the back within 5 minutes. Once in the room, consultation was quick and straight to the point. Dr Goodove explained everything. I was able to get an appointment the next day for surgery. It was all over within 20 minutes and i had no pain at all afterwards. Three days later and i have not taken any pain pills that was prescribed. Best experience ever. Definitely above 5 stars

My 12 year old had 2 teeth extracted for braces. I asked him three days after the appointment if he needed any Tylenol. He said "I never needed any, it never hurt." Pain-free experience. Staff were great, efficient and polite. Doctor was perfect, succinct, professional, not condescending at all. Refreshing dental experience. Highly recommend this group.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed here. The initial consultation appointment booking took a bit but that’s expected for new patients. They got him scheduled within 2 weeks of his consultation. We were in and out without complications! Everyone was so friendly despite my son being grumpy. The follow up calls and care from the doctor and nurse were on point! Highly recommend this office.

I was very pleased with my experience having a tooth extracted. I am 68 and this was the first tooth I have had pulled. I was very nervous but didn’t need to be. Everything went well.

Their staff made me feel at ease with the whole process. They made sure I was fine constantly through the whole experience and called later to check on me to see how I was doing.

The staff greeted you with a smile and very polite. My appointment was at 10:20 and was brought back in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Goodove can and met me and explained the procedure to me, I really appreciate that since this wasn’t the Dr. I seen on my initial visit. The procedure took last then a hour, my recovery is going well minimum pain and swelling. I highly recommend this practice five stars doesn’t do them justice.
