I had my upper right wisdom tooth extracted this morning and the staff and doctor were exceptionally wonderful. Delanie prepped me and Dr. Lee did the extraction and had me in and out in under 45mins. My appt was at 830, I was numbed by 845 and by 855 I was coming resting comfortably with one less tooth! I'm typically scared of any type of oral pain but Dr. Lee made sure I was numb and Delanie made sure the laughing gas kept me calm and comfortable. The tooth was huge! They've already called to check on me and overall both the practice and staff are welcoming and hospitable. I've already raved so much about the care that I've received from them to my husband that he's going to let them take care of his wisdom teeth! I could not reccomend them enough!

Financial Information


It is important to remember that most insurance/benefit plans seldom pay 100% of necessary treatment. Please keep in mind that the benefit package chosen by your employer group is ultimately the determining factor on what is and what is not a covered expense, regardless of what you actually need. After your consultation and treatment planning with one of our surgeons, we will be happy to submit an insurance pre-determination to help you identify your available benefits. While we will do our best to help you optimize your benefits, it is crucial for you to understand the requirements/limitations and access restrictions of your insurance/benefit plan as well as your estimated expense.

Our goal is to deliver patient focused oral surgery treatment at a reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Visa and MasterCard. We offer patient financing directly through CareCredit and Lending Club.


 *Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees regardless of coverage and/or if your  insurance company deems treatment to not be dentally/medically necessary.* 


Should we participate with your insurance benefit plan, we will collect your estimated co-payment at the time of surgery. In addition, we will also require a complete financial guarantee to be kept on file. This financial guarantee is completed in the office and retained until your account is fully settled.

We will send you a monthly statement so that you are aware of your account status. Most insurance plans remit final payment within 4-6 weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
