Great customer service. Staff actually cares about their patients. I was sent here through the VA Community Care program for an extraction. They got me in fast for x rays and had an appointment 5 days later for the procedure. Due to snow, the staff got me in a day early for x rays. Procedure was flawless and painless. Dr Goodove and his staff are wonderful. Even got a late afternoon phone call following my appointment to check on me. Not that I want to get another extraction, but if I have to, I’m calling Goodove.

Had a tooth that was broken at the gumline extracted. The procedure went very quickly, with no complications. Dr. Goodove explained things very well and spent time answering my questions. By the next day I was experiencing little to no pain. The office staff and his assistant were wonderful and communication was great. A call to check on me the evening of my surgery was much appreciated.

The process in determining if my kids needed their wisdom teeth out was quick and the staff courteous. The day my kid got their wisdom teeth out they were out in about an hour and the techs gave us a good rundown of the post care. I definitely recommend this practice for pediatric oral surgery.

Dr. Goodove was great. We had to drive an hour and a half for these appointments and when we had concerns arise after surgery He called after hours and on a holiday. Then fit us in just to check after the call the very next day.

I had an appointment for two teeth to be pulled on Thursday August 8th. My experience there was phenomenal. I used to have a dentist in Onancock Virginia but he retired and the only thing he pulled were two teeth that were already very loose. But Dr. Goodove had to remove two teeth that required me to be numbed. Dr. Goodove did such a wonderful job I didn't feel any pain during the procedure and I was shocked how fast it was (my appointment was at 11:10 and I was done by 11:30). His staff were very nice and friendly. They even did a follow-up call several hours after my procedure to see how I was doing. Not a lot of places do that around here. I would recommend his office to anyone.

I saw Dr. Goodove for extraction, bone graft and implant. At no time did I experience any discomfort. He is very quick and professional, as is his staff. Most importantly, I was seen at appointment time with no waiting. A very positive experience.

Staff were very patient and calm - very understanding of my dental anxiety, and Dr. GOoodove was patient, gentle, and I felt no pain with injecting the novacaine or during the procedure! I was very pleased with the care I received.

I’ve had a molar extracted and now an implant. In my history, dental procedures have been extremely difficult. In both cases Goodove Oral Surgery has been professional and proficient. With others, extractions have taken from an hour to two hours they were able to complete it in 45 minutes. So far my implant feel good. I strongly recommend Goodove.

I arrived about a half hour late due to holiday traffic. The staff couldn’t have been nicer about this, and they treated me with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The experience of having my chipped tooth extracted went very well, with just a tad of discomfort, especially at the moment that the kind oral surgeon had to pull the remaining root out! This was over in a jiffy, and I was very relieved, pleased, and grateful for the warmth and gentle kindness of everyone who assisted me throughout! Very pleasant experience arrived early was taken back and not made to wait until my exact appt time. Nurse very sweet explained the whole procedure and what to expect. Two extractions and grafts done post op teaching done whole thing went very smoothly. Dr quite pleasant.

My son had to have his wisdom teeth removed. They were such a great team! We felt comfortable, informed and follow up has been great. Definitely recommend their practice.

Everyone was so friendly was quick in and out everything was explained in very clear instructions. Dr was great as well. My only issue is I was given 4 pain pills called on a Sunday to see if I could get a few more. The receptionist who answered seemed upset I had called asked for a few more pain relievers and was told to call Monday @ 0900 and ask then. Other than that I highly recommend this locaton.

They always make sure that I am comfortable and my appointments don’t take long at all! I need a lot of work done and he is always supportive of my decision and helping me navigate through the process one step at a time. I don’t feel a thing and he gets the job done well! I took my daughter to have all four of her wisdom teeth removed. I thought that it would take a while, but they had her out and ready in about an hour with her ready to go. They reached out to check on her and assure us that if anything happens or goes wrong to contact them. They have been a great help and I thank them gracefully.
